In October, 2009 I found out I would be moving from Carlifornia to Pennsylvania as I took a new job opportunity located here. It was then when my wife made initial contact with Donna (via the Internet) regarding homes...

From the start Donna went out of her way to get our business. However, she did it in a way that was appealing by being a 'mdiator' between our relocation company and us. I know there was some impact in her doing this and it was the beginning of what we saw as a spirit of helpfulness unparalleled by anything we had seen in quite a while.

For a couple months of my wife & Donna collaborated over email to get likes/dislikes etc. and really to come up w/a set of properties for which she could view on a 3 day visit to Lancaster. When that time came in November, both Donna and Peggy cleared their schedules to make it happen and they went out and saw dozens of properties in 2 days only to come back the final day & revisit five of them with myself so my wife & me could make a final decision...

After that, all the paperwork, processing, etc. which in our case, was not an easy task. Whether it be the chosen lender (my bad), alternate leders, issues with my previous tenant, or countless other barriers, Donna & Peggy worked though them all with patience and endurance despite the major frustrations. After two failed attempts at closing, the third looked like all was well only to sit in the closing room for two hours waiting for funding. When it finally did come through there was clear relief and joy all around.

My wife & family flew in two days later to join me in PA... Without Peggy 7 Donna at the helm of our house buying experience, I believe we would not be in a home of our own today.
